Welcome
The Office of Building Services is a large multi-faceted organization which is responsible for the cleaning of all campus facilities as well as for several other support services such as pest control, moving services throughout the campus, and snow removal. The Office is under the leadership of Ed Gruber who serves as the Director of Buildings and Grounds. Ron Smith serves as the Building Services Operations Manager and provides direct supervisory support for the area. He can be reached at extension 2665. The goal of the Office is to provide our clients with a variety of high quality building services throughout the campus, using a hospitality style of service delivery and using techniques which ensure aesthetically pleasing work, recreational and living environments.
